Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the check4d platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using the check4d platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the check4d platform.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a region where use of such services is permitted.
- Has never been suspended or banned from using the check4d platform previously.
- Providing true, accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on check4d. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are responsible for:
- Providing your full name, email address and accurate personal information.
- Setting a strong password and keeping it secure.
- Not sharing login credentials with any third party.
- Notifying check4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Check4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a check4d user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. You are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, identity impersonation or any unlawful activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure of the check4d platform.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or exploit the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Distributing obscene, threatening, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting results through unauthorised means.
- Making false claims relating to transactions or winnings that did not occur.
Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and check4d reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the check4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet. check4d reserves the right to reject or hold any suspicious deposit pending completion of a verification process. Deposits successfully credited to your account are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified under the user's name. check4d may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. check4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Check4d provides the platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or downtime. To the extent permitted by applicable law, check4d is not liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, internet outages or actions taken by authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Check4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Any valid balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the decision of check4d management. Users who are dissatisfied with such a decision may submit an appeal through the customer support channel.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and materials on the check4d platform are the exclusive property of check4d or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from check4d.
